Cancellation and Refund Policy 

It is very important that you do not attend a session if you or anyone in your party is demonstrating symptoms from COVID-19 or other contagious conditions.

Please get in touch with us if you need to cancel on email or phone.

We operate a 72 hour notice refund policy. This allows us adequate time to try to re fill the places. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and therefore If you cannot attend a session due to illness or other personal circumstances, please get in touch and we will do our best to offer you a refund or move your session booking to another day/location.

If we need to cancel this event at short notice (due to hall closure or reasons out of our control) we will get in touch with customers as soon as possible and issue a full refund for all tickets bought in line with our terms and conditions.

If we have refused or have to refuse entry due to a customer or customers for not adhering to our policy and requirements, then we reserve the right to not offer a refund  ticket under these circumstances.

If you attend one of our sessions and your child is unable to enjoy the session for any reason (for example they found it too loud), please let us know and we will happily discuss a refund or changing your ticket to a different date.
